Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Mail818 Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.

2. Enrollment and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Mail818 reserves the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion
• You must have an active website, blog, or social media presence
• Your promotional methods must align with our brand values

Permitted Activities:

• Social media promotion
• Email marketing to your own opt-in list
• Display advertising
• Product reviews and comparisons

Prohibited Activities:

• Bidding on "Mail818" or variations as keywords in paid search
• Using misleading or deceptive marketing practices
• Spamming or unsolicited email marketing
• Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent techniques
• Impersonating Mail818 or claiming to represent us
• Promoting on coupon or discount sites without prior approval
• Using our trademarks in domain names

5. Relationship of Parties

You and Mail818 are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.

6. Intellectual Property

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our logos and marketing materials solely for Program purposes
• All Mail818 trademarks, logos, and content remain our exclusive property
• You may not modify our marketing materials without written permission
• Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our intellectual property

7. FTC Disclosure Requirements

You must comply with FTC guidelines regarding affiliate disclosures. This includes clearly and conspicuously disclosing your affiliate relationship with Mail818 whenever you promote our services.

Example disclosure: "I may earn a commission if you purchase through my affiliate link."

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time with 30 days written notice
• Mail818 may terminate immediately for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, unpaid commissions above the minimum payout will be paid within 60 days
• Commissions below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited

9. Limitation of Liability

Mail818 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mail818 harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the Program or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

Mail818 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

12. Governing Law
